Worship

  • Irvington Presbyterian Church 25 North Broadway Irvington, NY, 10533 United States (map)

In an unforgettable image of the Reformation, Episcopal priest and author Robert Farrar Capon reminds us of the great rediscovery of grace: “The Reformation was a time when men went blind, staggering drunk because they had discovered, in the dusty basement of late medievalism, a whole cellar full of fifteen-hundred-year-old, two-hundred proof Grace–bottle after bottle of pure distillate of Scripture, one sip of which would convince anyone that God saves us single-handedly."

This Sunday, as we celebrate Reformation Sunday, we will explore the gifts of God for the people of God. The Children's Choir will sing this week as well.

Sunday School takes place at 10:45am. Children should join their families in the sanctuary at 10:30; stay through Children’s Time before heading down to classes.

Nursery care available for children 4 and under.
Coffee Hour to follow worship.
